Where do you ship?
We ship to the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world.

How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on many factors - such as the size of the order and where it is shipping to. For the USA and Canada - most orders will be delivered within 7-20 days. There are options for expedited delivery at checkout as well.

My shipment has been delayed, can I get a refund?
Since we cannot control the shipment after it is has been passed on to the courier company, we do not offer refunds. If you still haven't received your shipment after 60 days please feel free to contact us. 

My order was damaged in shipping.
During transportation, damage can happen. If you received a damaged item(s), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@wraptorteeth.com. Please include a photo that clearly shows the damage to the item(s) and your order number in your email and we will send out a replacement item(s). A return of the damage item(s) is not required.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately once the order has been submitted we cannot make any changes. Please double check to make sure you have your order correct before submitting.

I gave you the wrong address, is it possible to change it?
